Sijo Joy is an Indian filmmaker, creative producer, and cinematographer currently based in Pune, India. With roots in advertising and a Master’s degree in Filmmaking from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, he blends strategic thinking with visual storytelling to bring both branded and narrative projects to life.
 

He began his creative journey as an account executive, collaborating with agencies like MullenLowe Lintas, Zoo Media, and BCW India. Later, his curiosity for the craft led him to the UK indie film circuit, where he worked on a wide range of projects across roles - directing, producing, shooting, assisting, and managing teams on and off set.

His most recent work includes a short film he collaborated on, now streaming on Amazon Prime UK. Over the years, he has contributed to a wide range of projects across formats, including commericials, 3 feature films, a television series, multiple music videos, 10+ short films, and a produced TV documentary. 

Now back in India, Sijo is continuing his pursuit of layered, cinematic storytelling across commercial, branded, and fiction formats. Whether it's developing a concept from scratch or jumping into elevate a production, he brings both heart and hustle to every frame.
